Configuring breakfall

i'm trying to configure parcool on a server and breakfall with the max_breakfall_damage_reduction_rate at 1 because this is the variable were i take the most damage from falling and i survive a 50 black fall with a roll
can someone tell me if there is a way to make the breakfall less OP please ?

Did you enable limitation?
Limitations do nothing if they are disabled.

Well i did and when i change the values the best i can do is to make myself die at a range of 50~60 blocks

So in world --> server config and parcool server.toml
I have :
limitation_imposed = true
[...]
lowest_fall_distance_for_breakfall = 3.0
#How long breakfall can remove damage
#Range: 0.0 ~ 1.7976931348623157E308
max_breakfall_damage_remove_height = 6.0
#Damage reduction rate of Breakfall
#Range: 0.0 ~ 1.0
max_breakfall_damage_reduction_rate = 1

I don't understand realy how the values affect how stuff works like if i lower the damage reduction rate will mane me take more damages for exemple or less
