More helpful error message on server 404

If the user enters the wrong server IP address, or if the server is down for some reason, the default 404 "This site can't be reached" from Chrome shows. It would be helpful if we showed something more relevant to the Plex server. A simple HTML page telling the user to double check the IP in the settings page should work.
