Will it work with 2FA for SSH ?

Wasn't tested, and I think some modifications might be needed for some 2FA implementations like yupikey, but I think it can be worked out with paramiko anyhow.

Do you have a specific 2fa in mind to test?

at a second thought, 2FA will add a lot of overhead when you log in to the jumpbox.
yubikey is doable but anything with phone or dongle authentication adds to much "key typing"
