Polls the designated Arduino HTTP server(s) (according to some env variables starting with AMI_) and fetch the data, write it to measurements with proper fields.

Write tests.

Arduino DAU uses AMI_ARDUINO_SAMP_FREQ to store the polling frequency in milliseconds.
