files present in image directory, but NOT referenced in image tags
(difficult, if several html-files refer to the same image directory)

I skip this one (wontfix), as the issue with several html-files refering to the same directory seems too cumbersome to solve...

hm. Did you already create some code? If someone only creates one html file, this could be quite useful!

implementing this will be a nice excercise for my afternoon-train... which takes 5hrs :-)

For just one single html, this is simple. Will become interesting for multiple files, though...

I'll re-open and start coding later ...
