Display public stats page

It would be great to have a page that anyone can access at https://sprint.aibtc.dev/stats that displays stats.

With the data from #109 we can display some nicely formatted, large stat-style numbers in brand orange. Then anyone can follow along and watch them change! Would be cool to add a visual effect too when the numbers update. Maybe have a small refresh button that updates the data, and animate on change? Don't want to force people to refresh the page.

Data can be pulled from the cache (see aibtcdev/aibtcdev-cache#9)
