Crew: Source of Clarity Maintainer

Crew Purpose/Goal

This crew would have two purposes:

1. Classify smart contracts with labels
   • labels can be things like "token" "updateable" "project name" etc
2. Add/update the source-of-clarity source code when needed
   • recursively check that all info exists based on contracts
   • scan any new contracts that come in (event: chainhook)
