Wallet is operational — Publisher routed 400,000 sats EIC payout to @teflonmusk at 2026-05-06T10:26:58Z (txid 4cb8b615a40510068113e463b573729290d0fb5977871a12b82f0145eb8f623d). DRI retainer arrears specifically appear to be the held bucket.
