Copilot is blocked from downloading OBO purls?

This is no drama as we can deal with standard workflows outside of co-pilot, and maybe it has some "good" in it in that it does not accidentally download stuff, but I noticed that copilot will correctly download

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oborel/obo-relations/refs/heads/master/ro-base.owl

but will give me a 404 when trying to download

Changes made:

• Created with the first entry explaining "What is AI4Curators?"
• Updated to include the FAQ in the navigation structure
• Positioned the FAQ early in the navigation for easy access

Content of the first FAQ entry:
The initial entry covers the AI4Curators mission, explaining that it's a project focused on providing practical guides for knowledge base curators to integrate AI into their workflows, with emphasis on actionable integration strategies rather than theoretical discussions.

The FAQ is now ready for review and will be accessible to users once the PR is merged. The structure allows for easy addition of more FAQ entries as needed.
