SLIM Working Group Agenda – April 14, 2026

1. Opening & Objectives

Welcome and brief recap of last week's key outcomes.

Focus for today:
-MeetLloyd cross-org SLIM demo.
-Official A2A Rust SDK (a2a-rs) announcement and CSIT updates.
-Status check on pending v1.4 engineering items.

2. Engineering Updates

Official A2A Rust SDK Release & CSIT Integration

Announcement: The new official A2A SDK for Rust is live at a2aproject/a2a-rs.
-Features native support for SlimRPC.

*CSIT Update: Review of the newly setup integration tests for cross-language interoperability (expanding on last week's CSIT discussion).

-A2A Protocol Binding: Status of the review/acceptance for the SlimRPC custom protocol binding proposal.
-MLS Cipher Negotiation: Update from Amit regarding the issue/PR for MLS cipher suite incompatibility (Curve25519 vs. P256) between browser and native participants.
-CLI Integration: Brief reminder that work on Shady CLI and standard IO/WebSocket transports will resume in early May.

3. Demos & Partner Updates

-MeetLloyd Demo (Laurent): Showcasing current work on cross-organizational features utilizing SLIM.
Q&A and technical feedback.
