docs: fix factual errors in spec version, roadmap, and AGT star count (#55)

- spec/trace-v0.1.md: version table says 0.2, file is 0.1 — fix to 0.1
- ROADMAP.md: cMCP Phase 1 does enforce Cedar policy — remove "no policy
  enforcement" which was inaccurate
- docs/integration/agt.md: fix 4,200+ stars → 4,100+ (actual: 4,103)
