docs: bring the sub-pages in line with the chain
The quickstart, demos, telemetry, registry, marketplace, verify, cA2A extension and 404 pages still carried the old governance tagline, a wordmark reading agentrust.io, and versions that had moved on. Each now has a chain-step label linking /#chain, the tagline "Open specifications for verifiable AI" and the AgenTrust wordmark. Versions: the quickstart pin moves to cmcp-runtime 0.5.0, telemetry to 0.1.0-alpha.4, and the registry's verifier to trace-verify 0.4.1. The demo 6 quote keeps its 0.25.0 label, because a 0.28.1 run prints a different closing section. Also: the quickstart credit names the sponsor and links /verify, the cA2A extension page separates the v0.1 URI from the 0.2.0 release, and the 404 page lists links in chain order without the /wcm/ redirect stub.
