Implement issue labels and templates for better triaging

Hi there, I noticed that the Agent Zero repository currently lacks labels to differentiate between bugs, enhancements, and feature requests. This makes it difficult to filter or navigate issues effectively beyond basic keyword searches. It would be great if we could add labels when creating an issue to help keep everything organized. I know this means some work triaging old issues, but I think it would be a big help. Thanks!
