Add additional Conditional Formatting types (text equals, text contains)

Limited type support for Conditional Formatting rules

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently the documentation states that only expressions are supported in Conditional Formatting. I would like to see other types supported, such as "textContains", "textMatches", etc.
