data pipeline now generates simbad, ned objects - but it should also do the data transformation

the logic was moved from import pipeline into the master pipeline, temporarily

it should really live inside data pipeline

potentially, the field should come as an array of values; right now it is just a string that needs to be split (it works with codes but not when the codes are mapped onto the human readable values)
