Can't run vc --help when there's no ~/.vaultrc #21
Description
While trying to package vault-client I can't check the possible CLI parameters, because vc --help errors because it's missing the file ~/.vaultrc.
Having a ~/.vaultrc should only be required if one is contacting vault.
