Extend icarReproEmbryoResource with embryo gender

Right now there is no way to specify the gender of the embryo. Would it be a usefull option to add a icarAnimalGenderType to the icarReproEmbryoResource?

I agree, it was an oversight that this was not originally included as the embryo may have been fertilised with sexed semen or genetically tested.
