升级到16.2.1后，按照样例中的方法连接Oracle，相同的模板、相同的数据，12只需要3、4秒；升级到16后需要将近1分钟了，这是什么原因啊？？？

After the upgrade to 16.2.1, connect to the Oracle database according to the method in the example. The same template and the same data will only take 3 or 4 seconds. Upgrade TO 16 AFTER NEED NEARLY 1 MINUTE, WHAT REASON IS THIS??
