Calibrator menu closing

Calibrator menu closes as soon as it's opened when being too far from the block

Can you provide a log? This is a known incompatibility with Pehkui at the moment.

Does this work? I just opened my world, linked the accessor and then tried using it. It works fine with some blocks, but with others like cartography tables it closes after I'm a few blocks away

This seems to be an incompatibility issue that I'm not aware of. If you can, please bisect your modpack to find the incompatibility.
