ChatGPT not being able to access the web with this library

For some reason, when I ask Chat GPT "what is on the website https://blog.samaltman.com/" on the official website, it answers something like "Based on the URL you provided, https://blog.samaltman.com/, it appears that this is a blog written by Sam Altman. "

However, when I ask the same question with the library, I get "I'm sorry, but I am not able to browse the internet. I am a large language model trained by OpenAI, so I have a vast knowledge base, but I don't have the ability to browse the web."

Anybody has a hypothesis?

I get the same error on the website. Might be different context
