Add loading skeleton component for creator list cards

Summary

While the creator list is fetching, the page shows nothing. A skeleton component that matches the shape of a creator card gives users visual feedback that content is loading and prevents layout shift when data arrives.

Scope

• Add a CreatorCardSkeleton component that mirrors the dimensions of CreatorCard
• Use a pulsing animation matching the app's dark theme
• Render 6 skeletons by default while the list is loading

Acceptance Criteria

• Skeleton renders in place of cards while data is fetching
• Animation uses the existing dark theme colors
• No layout shift when real cards replace skeletons
