Feature: Support Stack Inserters other than Legendary Stack Inserters

Currently the assumption is that the stack inserter is a legendary stack inserter. In theory, this limitation is not necessary and any type of inserter could be used. 

For simplicity, the feature request here is to allow the quallity / type of inserter to be specified and be limited to stack inserters for now.
