Fix: Inserter Pickup Size should be limited by stack size of the item

For most recipes this is irrelevant, but for items with a stack size less than 16, stack inserters can only pickup the items maximum stack size. For example, asteroid chunks have a limit of a stack size of 1 and only 1 can be transferred at a time.
