Should mask zero inundation depths in ensemble generation

Right now the user needs to know to do this. Treating this as a bug since it will likely end up as one for everyone but me. I'll do this as soon as I can

Default behavior should be to mask and send a Warning to the user so they know to change the argument if that is undesired

This is only the case if you don't use the get_inundations function. The best way to address this is to make that function more generalizable. It's too specific to scenarios where your depth grids are based on design events

With the depth_min argument to generate ensembles, now this is explicit and we should make sure the entries that don't meet the depth threshold get a mask

Try L202 update depths_df = depths_df.mask(depths_df >= depth_min) and update depth_min default to a positive value due to strict inequality
