Create separate environments for reproduction examples #20

Right now, the install includes dependencies that are only required for reproduction examples, not the main functionality. It has been giving some interested users problems. I should make the UNSAFE install simpler (e.g., removing zipfile-deflate64) and then for the reproduction examples include instructions about installing those packages for the mini-project workflow. zipfile-deflate64 helps with processing FEMA zip archives over 2GB (looks like they're using WindowsExplorer to zip their risk map data).
