Compatibility issue black screen ios 15.1

Recently I was updating my app on app store, and after review my app rejected.
They said that a black screen displayed after tapping the Sign in with Apple button on iPad IOS 15.1
I tested the app on iPhone XS Max IOS 14.6 and it works perfectly.
What could this error be? and how to fix it.
I don't have iPad.
Please help me, my app rejected twice.

i test on my device iphone7 (os: 15.1), apple sign in function is ok.

I have same problem with my review app, tested ok on my phone (Xr, iOs 15.1). Did rejected twice with sign_in_with_apple 3.2.0 and 3.3.0.

In our experience, black screen appears on landscape mode. But tapping on black screen fixes the orientation problem.

I was rejected by Apple because of this issue ...

I think I got rejected by Apple because of same reason too.
They said my app produced no action when tapped on Sign in with Apple, but I have tested with physical Iphone and it work.
I do not have iPad to test on this, anybody know what happen?
