Change Project creation date format

On the Project page (top left) the Project creation date is in the format: "Created n days, n hours ago".
It would be much more useful to display the date/hour created in some format that tells you the date and hour without requiring you to do date-math. The format could be mmm dd, yyyy hour (military) or another common date format.

@mjherzog Note that you can already get the full datetime value by putting your cursor on the "Created ..."
