Completed with these pull requests:

• Refine ScanCode.io d2d pipeline for JavaScript using symbol mapping #1622
• Refine ScanCode.io d2d pipeline for JavaScript using string literals mapping #1652

The simple way to test this is to follow the below steps:

1. Install scancode.io https://scancodeio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html
2. Create new project with https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium/releases/download/1.130.1/Cesium-1.125.zip#to and https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium/archive/refs/tags/1.125.zip#from as input and run the map_deploy_to_develop and enable JavaScript step.
3. Once the pipeline has finished go to relation tab and browse the js symbols and js strings mappings.
