Why links dont work? Solved? #16

Links dont work becouse scale(0.9) move links to top. I dont know how to explain it. On screen link stay in position but href move to top (when i hover link there is place when i cant clikc on it).
I repleace scale(0.9) to (1) this solve problem but we dont have animations (in this case idc).
Anyone solved problem in different way?
