Doesn't work on kwin-x11

Doesn't work on kwin-x11.

I also tried moving the files to the corresponding kwin-x11 folder

/usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kwin-x11/effects/plugins/
/usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kwin-x11/effects/configs/

But in system settings the effect does not appear unless you uncheck 'exclude unsupported effects'.

I tried to build it for X11 by changing the various KWin to KWinX11 and adjusting the installation paths and it works, but I am not so good with CMAKE to create a conditional configuration.
