Motivation

Once zcashd is deprecated, zebrad will be the only node on the network. We want to ensure that this does not cause any strange behaviour or make us vulnerable to any security issues or exploits.

Scope

Build a Docker image configured with a custom testnet, plus spin up some DNS seeder.
