Hello, red notes are supposed to be detected but it's not.

In this one the C9 is wrongly detected as A#8

In this case, the algorithm is unable to see the second harmonics of the highest two notes on piano.

The notes are so short that the algorithm cannot differentiate them from noise. This was the case with the Onset & Offset frames algorithm. There's nothing to be done unfortunately. You just have to add back the notes.
Maybe a piano with an exceptionally long treble sustain of the last 2 notes would be able to make the notes ring true enough to actually detect. Generally speaking the algorithm is able to get up to B flat 8 and down to low C but I'm not sure if it'll go lower.
