How was it installed?: Windows-Setup
Operating system and version: Win11 23H2
YubiKey model and version: independent of key
Bug description summary:
All Hints seem to display just random characters:

Steps to reproduce

Just open YubiKey Manager on Win11 and hover over any GUI element with hint.

Expected result

Hints should be readable

Actual results

Unreadable hints
