package is missing dependencies on a brand new python install (typical):
psutil
torch

if you follow instruction then it will be installed on install.py step

If you have any problems running install.py or then with settings.py miniKarta.py
Then most likely you previously installed another version of Python
You can check this through the Control Panel Windows; there should be no other Python-like programs there (pycharm seems to be one of them too)
If something doesn't work for you and you find a third-party Python (other than 3.10.6)
Then remove everything (and 3.10.6 too)
Also, just in case, delete the folder (Python) with temporary files: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Programs\Python
And perform a clean installation from the very beginning of the instruction.

@Yonisen Ашот, братишка, посмотри пулл реквест!) Я тебя с марта тут жду. И дай свои контакты в телеге, вк, дискорд или что угодно, лишь бы я мог связаться с тобой. Опять же, как я писал в одном из старых исью - у меня есть планы по развитию этого проекта и без тебя мне не справиться)
