MNRR M7 beeping and brake activation #22

Hey! I downloaded this with some other mods last night and tried to start a Career run from GCT to Croton an hour ago. Everything was going fine until I tried to accelerate past 15mph (in a 60 zone). I received the beeping from some safety system and, upon reaching 25 or so, the train activated the brakes until it got below 15, all without actually changing TSC's throttle setting. I deleted all mods and verified the game files, and the issue was gone. Last night, I had done a run with some mods but not this and it worked. Reinstalling only this mod today, the issue returned,
