ladders do not support climbing opened trap doors

the modded ladders do not allow a player to climb past the top ladder to get out of a hole capped with a trap door that is flush with the floor/ground, as is allowed with vanilla or "oak" ladder. therefore the trapdoor must be placed floating above the hole so the top of the ladder is flush with the floor/ground. otherwise the player will just bounce up and down and the top of the ladder and not be able to smoothly climb out
