revert(dev): extract SDK lifecycle architecture into owner-controlled draft #4530

Description

@Yeachan-Heo

Owner direction

Remove the architecture-scale SDK-owned lifecycle/attachment implementation from dev and preserve the implementation as an owner-controlled Draft PR.

Root integration

Required disposition

  1. Compute the exact first-parent dependency/overlap closure from refactor(sdk): make core own session lifecycle and attachments #4098 to current dev; do not mechanically revert one merge while leaving dependent implementation fragments.
  2. Preserve the coherent implementation and required follow-up commits on durable branches.
  3. Produce a minimal ordered revert series in one focused revert PR, retaining unrelated fixes whenever safely separable.
  4. Validate the pre-refactor(sdk): make core own session lifecycle and attachments #4098 lifecycle contract, affected daemons/providers, generated closure, shards, platform jobs, and build.
  5. Merge the revert PR to dev after required review/CI.
  6. Re-present the preserved coherent implementation against post-revert dev as a Draft PR.
  7. The Draft is owner-controlled: no autonomous review, approval, ready-for-review transition, rebase advancement, or merge.

No main/release/tag/publish mutation.
