At the contest, many people had a problem running takajo by not running ./takajo.exe from its path. (Ex: somedir/somedir/takajo.exe or they copied just the binary somewhere and it failed in some commands because it couldn't find the DLLs and other files. So I would like to add a check when running takajo.exe to make sure that it was run from the unzipped directory.

@fukusuket Could I ask you to do this one when you have time?
