Freeze allows access to spawn menu #108

When a player is frozen, they can still access the spawn menu. This can cause them to continue being detrimental to the server.

You're really into this whole spawn menu thing, aren't you?
If a player is spamming props, just ban them...

I will leave this open, though. Does sound like a good idea.
