What problem does this address?

Current admin notices can use different classes to show whether the notification is information, a warning, etc.

What is your proposed solution?

It would be nice to implement a similar feature here, with colour coded on the notification to make it easier, at a glance, how important the notification is.

Maybe the dot on the bell icon could reflect the highest priority of the unread notifications.
