Media & Text block displays stacked on preview

Coming from here: Automattic/wp-calypso#96434

On preview we should be able to see the components side by side and not stacked.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create a cover block
2. Assign an image and add some text on top
3. Try to convert the block into a Media & Text block, but only hover the option.
