Nuget package installs in Solution, not project

(At least in VS 2013).
After installing in a project, the class was still not available. Looking at "Manage Nuget packages for Solution", I was only able to Uninstall, not "Manage" by dropping into separate projects.

Thanx for using my projectI It has been a while since I touched this project myself. I will try it myself tomorrow and see if I can fix this.
