📊 Add Feature to Extract Transfer Agent Information from 10-K Filings

To build upon the discussions in issue #12 it would be valuable to extend our capabilities to extract transfer agent information directly from 10-K filings. This feature should also automate the extraction process to keep the data consistently up-to-date, and merged into the database using the primary or secondary keys (CIK/Ticker).
