uSupport is an feature rich ticketing system designed specifically for the Umbraco. It is a complete ticketing solution that enables users to create, manage, and view tickets and their associated comments. With uSupport, you can quickly and easily create and manage tickets. uSupport is highly customizable, allowing users to set up their own ticket types and define ticket statuses.

Step 2. Choose a ticket type
Step 3. If the selected ticket type has a Umbraco property like the default "Page error". This step appears otherwise it would go to step 4.
Step 4. Fill in the details & Click create ticket
Step 5. Ticket gets created with the default ticket status
Step 6. If "TicketUpdateEmail" and the SMTP setting are setup an email will be sent to the "TicketUpdateEmail" adress.
Step 7. You just created your first ticket! Now await a response!
