OAuth permissions may be what we need to search by workplace? https://github.com/settings/applications/new

We can't search by email because not everyone makes their email publicly listed.
We can search by name and location, but there might not be a 1 for 1 match

I think querying the api for users returns a Summary Representation (example below).

What we need might be a Detailed Representation. GitHub Docs says about Detailed Rep:
"When you fetch an individual resource, the response typically includes all attributes for that resource. This is the "detailed" representation of the resource. (Note that authorization sometimes influences the amount of detail included in the representation.)"

• need to figure out what we can get from a detailed representation without authorization and which extra details we can get with authorization
