Repo mining

• Execute query to retrieve all UW users that we identified (n=990)
• @ALL - exploratory analysis - what can we find out from this data (e.g. mean of repositories created by user, parse role from free text description, etc)
• Tina or Gigi - lets also use the EAGER-softsearch code (e.g. Eva's approach) to search for the string "University of Washington" in readme files posted to github
• With this dataframe - lets also look for github "organizations" that might be worth trying to identify as producers of UW OSS
