We'd like to get Apple's position on the updated version of the spec. It follows along what we have discussed previously at TPAC. cc @annevk @yoavweiss

I think in its current state it's hard to evaluate the proposal as there's a very big missing piece, namely the proposed semantics of the event (what does it expose and how).
