it takes about 3 mouse scrolls to have slider move. volume does seem to increment with each mouse scroll. just not in sync with the slider.

would also be cool to be able to adjust the volume increments for each mouse scroll
EDIT: well i just found this settings volume_scroll_sensitivity so that helps with the increments
