120hz causes x2 speed

Using 120hz (tested on the Ayn Thor) results in the game alternating between a normal 60 fps lock and x2 speed whenever you wake the device from sleep.

Noticed the alternating between 60 fps and 120 fps thing is just entirely a bug with the Thor lol, but the 120hz does consistently cause x2 speed for me.
