Issues generating files on Android 10

I'm not root

This happens:

1. I install the latest version of the SoH APK.

2. When I open it, it asks for storage permission. I grant it, but then the screen stays black for over five minutes. So I decide to close the app.

3. When I open it again, all of what I’m showing in the screenshots appears.
